In our class trip to Toronto, we will be doing fun things all over the city! We are going to the Playdium, CN Tower, Aquarium and a baseball game. I am definitely most excited to go to the playdium. It is a big arcade, with games and more! Of all the attractions, including mini-golf, bumper cars and go carts, we won’t be able to do everything, so it will be important to pick what we do so we have time. I think that I will stay in the arcade part of the attraction. One of the things that, in my mind, sets this place apart from other arcades is the multiplayer nature of many of the games. Weather it is competitive or cooperative, I love the idea of playing with friends. I also love how high tech this arcade is. Instead of using “tokens” or actual money to play games. At the playdium, a card is used to swipe and access these games. I love this digital upgrade that I’m sure will make our trip to the arcade a fun and worry free experience.
Class Trip to Toronto-Reflection
Overall, I had a lot of fun on the class trip. My favorite part was the aquarium, as we had the most freedom and independence. Me and a group of friends walked through talking, looking at the fish and overall having a good time. I also loved the CN Tower, especially the glass floor. I think that this was a great way to end a fun grade eight, and elementary school experience with our friends and classmates, as well as a great sendoff to high school.
My Commitment to Education As I begin my grade 8 year, I will Be more involved in class. I will try to answer more questions than I did in other years and I will try not to let my mind wander.
